Position: Business Support Coordinator

This is a full-time role for a highly motivated Team Assistant where you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Commercial Project & Building Consultancy team, and to ensure the smooth running of a busy department

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support, including organisation of internal / external meetings, viewings, and conference calls
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the team by maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees
  • Providing team financial support such as WIP sheet reconciliation, billed / unbilled debtor support, coordination of client invoices, monthly travel sign-off, and invoice processing

Requirements:

  • 2 plus years’ experience in a similar operations or administrative role
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office software
  • Regular liaison with the Best Practice team to manage Risk, Audit, and Compliance
