Position: Business Manager – Learning and People (UAE Nationals Only)
The Business Manager role is part of Risk and Compliance COO Function, which is responsible for provision of shared services to the rest of Risk and Compliance. This role will report to the Senior Business Manager – Organisational Development and Engagement, and will have a particular focus on supporting them to effectively run the Learning and Development and People Agenda activities for the Risk and Compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the learning priorities, strategy and plans for the year.
• Managing the learning budget, the professional qualifications process and governance and tracking around this.
• Supporting the use of the career development platform and ensuring the smooth running of STAs and job swaps across the function and related comms and MI for senior management
