Job Description
The Business Development Manager will develop new and strengthen existing client relationships in Qatar for Oil & Gas Construction Projects – including new build and refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build strong relationships with specialist suppliers to support project bids.
- Manage and push Estimation and Tender teams to ensure we bid competitively on projects.
- Proactively managing accounts and expanding the Company’s business relationship with them
- Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
- Managing a sales process related to projects with varying levels of complexity and contract values
Requirements:
- 15+ Years of Sales and Business Development Experience in Qatar in Oil & Gas Construction or related industries.
- Strong presentation, organization, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management is preferred.
