Job Description

• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
• Identify new markets and customer needs. Increase business by inviting new clients through networking, advertising or other means of generating business interest at the group level.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Create reports on business performance and budgeting in coordination with the businesses.
• Undertake additional responsibility as per the operational requirement.

Requirements:

• Knowledge on the diverse industries within the group
• Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
• Previous experience in sales (B2B & B2C), relationship management and track record winning new business deals. 
• Bachelor’s Degree.
