Job Description:
The Business Analytics and E-Commerce Specialist will support the Dairy Business Unit to drive E-commerce growth by translating the BU Strategy into tactics and actions. He/she will also support the Business Unit team with Analytics that will help better understand sell out and market share trends/ insights and drive key decision making on the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure best in class availability (Enlisting) & Visibility (CGI’s & Advanced E-content) with all key E- Retailers
2. Drive a strong promotional calendar online (Omnichannel) across big retailers in key Markets
3. Integrate Media in E-commerce and drive awareness about launches, new Campaigns & Promotions
4. Expand the E-retailers customer base in MENA and mobilize the trade marketing team to expand Nestlé Dairy Business across countries
5. Analyze the E-Commerce sales and share insights to improve Performance through Monthly Dashboard.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce/Admin
2. 2-3 years’ experience in sales with a demonstratable performance; E-commerce and digital knowledge is a major plus
3. Candidate must be based in the UAE
4. English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
