Position: Business Analysis Lead Analyst
As a Systems Analyst, you will be joining our Technology team supporting and developing the Salesforce Service Cloud application in use by International Markets. You will join a global scrum team that is going from strength to strength, designing and building solutions that are the driving force behind the growth of the business.
Requirements:
- Working closely with the scrum master to groom the product backlog.
- Clarifying requirements for Development, QA, and UAT staff.
- Interacting with our users to ensure their needs are met within the application and that it is functioning as expected.
