Responsibilities:

• Collecting, calculating, and entering data accurately in order to maintain and update payroll information in GulfHR (local payroll system) & on shared drives.
• Supervise the regular calculations (including retail commissions) and deductions, changes and adjustments to salaries and reimbursements on monthly basis.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Liaise with line managers and operating units on matters pertaining to payroll such as leave matter, overtime, day in lieu, financial transactions etc.
