Job Description

• Manage all Trade Licenses in the region as well as others required for events or other activities.
• Coordinate legal matters with Corporate legal team and local lawyers circulating documents and keeping an accurate data base.
• Negotiate and deal with General Service suppliers ( maintenance, office material, pantry supplies, utilities etc.. ) ensuring an excellent service at the best price.
• Support to Retail and Marketing in coordination with Corporate Security of all security licenses and activities necessary for daily activities and events.

Requirements:

• Experience in Project Management ( organization, retro-plans, impact, communication etc..)
• Experience in Middle East legal regulations and licensing processes.
