Job Description
Bulgari MEA is looking it’s next Deputy Store Manager in Riyadh Kingdom Mall Boutique, to be an ambassador of Bulgari Maison inside an outside the Boutique You will be reporting to the store manager and supporting in reaching the target as well ensuring boutique operation excellence

Responsibilities:

• Act as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and issues on the sales floor
• Provide feedback to sales team and after sale team on service delivery and sales attitude
• Manage clients concerns/ disputes/ complaints assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored
• Approve discounts as per policy
• Perform back office activities coordination (when Head of Back Office is not on duty

Requirements:

• The person we are looking for has at least 7 years of experience in a sales position with a very strong commercial acumen and experience
• Has successfully driven own sales target and is proactive inside and outside the boutique
