Our internship program place students or recent graduates in real-life business situations that provide learning opportunities and educational experiences otherwise unattainable in a classroom setting. At the same time, the program offers a complement to the training received by the students in their school programs

Responsibilities:

• As part of our Retail Team, you will support the Boutique Manager in the overall boutique organization. Your role will be transversal being involve in different projects & departments
• Produce retail sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis to team (daily sales, team KPIs)
• Produce ad hoc reporting requests – traffic reports, category performance (watches, jewelry, accessories, after sales….)
• Act as a CRM Ambassador in the store and propose new initiatives related to the sales reports outcome
• Create and develop clienteling tools supporting the Stores’ activity

Requirements:

• Keen to discover the world of luxury retail
• Perfect grooming, positive attitude, polite, fast learning curious and handful
• Anticipation of Team & clients’ needs within a fast traffic area
