Position: Billing Analyst
EthosEnergy is currently looking for a Billing Analyst based in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This position is responsible for managing the billing process across designated Western Hemisphere businesses with an initial focus on our California field service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Contract billings, including the compilation of backup from AP, Payroll, and Accounting departments.
• Creation of sales invoices for specific businesses.
• Create various custom billing reports for customers.
• Provide G/L accrual detail to accounting at Month End.
• Send customers reminders of outstanding invoices.
• Provide status of outstanding invoice to Assistant Controller during weekly billing meeting.
