Job Description
Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a customer service focused individual to join as Waiter / Waitress for one of the country pavilions in Expo 2020.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests / customers, present menu: help with recommendations, receive and place orders, and serve food and beverages in a professional / friendly manner.
• Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the assigned outlet to assist guests/customers with questions and special requests.
• Recognise customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to the set SOPs for complaints.
• Responsible for accurate cashiering / foreign exchange / POS transactions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality
• Minimum 1 year experience in a 4* or 5* hotel as wait staff
• Willingness to do the work and to stand for a long period of time
