Position: Banquet Captain
Are you a passionate food service individual? This position as a member of the Banquet team, is to provide set-up and service of guests’ functions while ensuring the highest level of service
Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Follow policies, procedures and service standards
- Ensure appropriate set-up, service, and tear-down of a variety of functions
- Perform a variety of duties including set-ups, coffee service, bartending and white glove service
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Previous experience in food service industry and Banquets required
- Food Handler and TABC certificates required
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
