Job Description
The Nespresso Team are recruiting for a talented B2C National Key Account Manager who will support Nespresso’s business growth by leading the Pure Player Key Account channel in Coffee Machine sales strategy, connecting customers to Nespresso direct channels and driving brand awareness to reach prospect buyers

Responsibilities:

1. Support machine partners buyers and field structure with updates about key accounts status, opportunities and threats as well as develop and implement incentive actions in order to motivate KA and POS Staff to keep Nespresso at top-of-mind
2. Manage forecasts in cooperation with machine partner, vendor, agents aligning the global machine supply with consumers demand and market strategy by sharing Nespresso’s commercial and marketing activities
3. Establish a visibility strategy ensuring the commitment to Nespresso presence in all concerned stores
4. Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty (demonstration, club/coffee comm., MShopper)
5. Function as a Sales Representative for the POS, regularly visiting them with sales promoters, monitoring & reporting competitive activities

Requirements:

1. The successful candidate will have a successful track record in a sales environment in distribution of high end or mass market products
2. They will have experience in Account Management or Business Development and specifically with National Electrical Chains
3. They will have excellent communication skills with the ability to flex and adapt their style depending on the audience
4. Premium Brand Management preferred
5. Demonstrated expertise in household appliance category or in the coffee branch
