Job Description
To assist the Manager, Government Relations and provide support to the Human Resources Team with all Visa and Immigration Requirements. You will submit, apply, follow up and receive all visas for employment, residence, corrections, cancellations and visit visas for full time Colleagues and short-term contractors. Must be the external face of Atlantis and manage a strong business working relationship with the relevant government entities, main immigration and other key government organizations to facilitate the resorts requirements.

On a daily basis visit various government organizations to complete all required visa related transactions, use the submission list from the government Admin assistant to arrange the medical appointments for all Colleagues which includes all the necessary documents. Handle all Colleague and contractor’s medical tests at government clinics in order to complete their residence visas, submit, follow up and receive all new Colleague original passports and signed Arabic contracts on a weekly basis

Requirements:
In order to be considered for this role you must have

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A valid UAE driving license and proficiency in all MS Office Programs.
• Must have organizational skills, advanced communication and writing skills (English and Arabic).
