Transguard is currently recruiting for a Assistant Manager – Admin Operations to join their Client’s team, based out of their company Headquarters in Abu Dhabi The job holder is responsible for managing outsourced employee payrolls, administrative procedures & records, validate sick leaves, Letters and any other requests raised through the HCM, or in relation to the Outsourced Admin Operations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure to capture required data changes timely/accurately in the HCM system
• Reconcile short- and long-term liabilities along with advances with the book entries
• Review and process all HCM self service requests as per policy
• Validate the end of service indemnity, billed by the outsourcing providers
• Maintains database for management review
• Enter and ensure continued data maintenance in HCM and generate updated weekly/monthly reports
