Position: Associate Professional, Techno- Commercial/ DC-POS
For this role you need to be a proactive person with excellent communication skills to enhance the sales of assigned products by offering Presales support to customers, You need to master the product knowledge to design solutions and assist salespersons to up-sell and cross-sell designated products
Responsibilities:
- Convert customers /resellers inquires into the right technical solutions
- Meet with end-users to better understand their requirements if necessary.
- Design solutions blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors and present the same to customers.
- Arrange and conduct technical training for partners/customers
- Develop Rest of Gulf market with soft sales target as techno commercial resource.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of presales experience
- Technology required.: DC-POS product knowledge.
- You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed
