Position: Assistant Value Stream Manager
At our Dubai MRO Centre located in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), we are specialists in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft systems. An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Value Stream Manager (AVSM) – Components for our Dubai MRO Centre in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing objectives, policies, standards and production schedules to ensure quality and cost effectiveness, and responsible for production planning documentation. 
• Serve as the liaison between customers and the repair station on critical issues as well as between the repair station and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Other special projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is strongly preferred with 5-10 years of maintenance experience in Civil or Military Aviation.
• Experience in operations, finance, and commercial practices strongly preferred.
• Strong lean enterprise or six sigma experience preferred.
