Assistant Procurement Manager Jobs in Dubai at voco Hotel
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Also managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry
- Proven negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) along with being quality-oriented with a focus on details
