Job Description
 As an Information Technology Assistant Manager, you will interact with individuals in all areas of the business and maintain their expectations by providing solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth technical knowledge of the hotel systems landscape

Requirements:

• Ideally, we’d like you to have a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a fundamental understanding of hospitality software
• You will need to have extensive knowledge of Front Office and Back office systems such as but not limited to Opera, Samsotech, IPTV, Simphony POS, Galaxy, HSIA, Time & Attendance, and Vingard
• You will provide support to the users of Information systems through direct interaction and through the identification and coordination of ongoing training needs
• Solutions orientated you will also be able to demonstrate your IT problem-solving skills
• A team player, that’s able to collaborate with the IT team on technology best practices, IT governance initiatives, and colleague engagement
