Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the FM supplier performance management from day to day issue resolution at specific sites through to strategic reviews
• Manage the demand challenge and the validation/authorisation of any reactive / project spend associated with service delivery
• In collaboration with Country Director and Senior Facilities Manager develop Regional FM budget for approval
• Produce and use FM management information to drive supplier performance, service improvements, customer reporting and tracking of benefits

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in an FM related subject or equivalent professional experience in FM supported by full accreditation with membership of a relevant professional institute (IWFM, RICS, IFMA)
• Experience of managing Client-side Regional FM service provision by a mixture of both in-house and external FM supply models in the UK including the framework, governance, commercial management of contracts required for effective delivery.
