Responsibilities:

1. Implement the map designed for each customer‘s operation to meet the customer requirements and Aramex standard.
2. Attends customer’s meeting as required
3. Ensure meeting customer’s SLA’s for all customers.
4. Analyze all customer requests impacting both cost and operational workflow.
5. Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed to HR.
6. Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, DQMS and the processing of work orders.
7. Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
