Position: Aftersales Business Development Manager
The Aftersales Business Development Manager, Motorrad is directly responsible for the business operations, tactical sales plans, short- and long-term development strategies, Aftersales Budget, Aftersales team management as well as serves as the overall visionary of the of Motorrad USA Aftersales business.
Responsibilities:
- This role is directly responsible and the owner of the Revenue and Profit Contribution of the Aftersales business according to targets per Budget and LRP
- Develop and design Aftersales strategies and initiatives to promote a sustainable growth and profitability for BMW Motorrad USA and its dealers in line with the overall Motorcycle strategic vision and direction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management and/or Marketing.
- 10 years of related work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Automotive or Motorcycle Aftersales/wholesale business as well as 3 years with direct supervisory experience.
