Position: Administration Assistant – EFL
- Perform a broad range of administrative tasks as required, data entry and filing of invoices, raising purchase orders, stationary inventory, email correspondence and preparing reports to ensure business continuity.
- Provide administrative support to the Employee Facilities and Services Coordinator and Supervisors and maintain a strong follow up on pending matters and coordinate with the concerned team members in order to complete the assigned tasks/projects as per the set deadlines.
- Prepare and compile the duty roster of Employee Facilities & Services team and coordinate with the respective Supervisors and HR Shared Services in case of any discrepancies.
- Record and update all Employee Facilities & Services requests and other regulatory documents in the system to ensure good record practices for analysis and relevant discussions.
- Higher secondary schooling or equivalent (Must Have)
- 3 + years’ Experience in a similar administrative role in an Employee facilities & services environment.
- Proven ability to communicate in English (Verbal & written
