We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Finance department to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Should be responsible and very efficient in book maintenance of all company documents and has to maintain and do timely renewals of company Trade license, insurances, company vehicles and all other company related administration
- Procurement of products and arranging deliveries and courier services
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Is a Graduate. Male candidates preferred
- Minimum 2 years work experience in UAE
- At least 3-4 years of similar work experience preferably in accounting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Good knowledge of handling small office for day to day administration and accounts is must
