Position: Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Assistant will support both accounts receivable and account payable, as well as assisting to maintain student records in finance management system. The position also provides support in fees collection and assists students on financial matters concerning their tuition fees, accommodation and other charges.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the accounts receivable processes
- Provide support to Accounts Receivable Officer in Fees Revenue Management and Control
- Providing consistent advice to students on financial issues, tuition fees, accommodation and other charges.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting principles;
- Problem solving skills and customer relations skills;
- Ability to use initiative, work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
