Employer Description
Emirates Flight Catering is an in-flight catering service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which provides catering and support services for Emirates Airline and all other airlines based at Dubai International Airport. It is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder manages the overall coordination and evaluation of Fixed Asset related activities
  • Prepare various reports including asset and depreciation schedules and reports to help the Finance Manager/Sr. Finance Manager in managing the Asset portfolio including projects and Capital Work In progress
  • Perform professional accounting activities; oversee and perform complex reconciliations and analyses
  • Oversee the process of reconciliation of Asset ledgers with physical assets on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • Graduate in accounting or commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in the area of Finance
  • Being conversant with internal control procedures and concepts
  • Ability to delegate duties, tasks and reports. Experience in the use of data entry programs
