3. Flexibility to operate in several systems or platforms and balance tasks throughout the work day
4. Ability to multitask in handling customers on various reporting platforms and email queues
5. Fostering a customer service culture that strives for 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. High School degree
2. Four-year degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred
3. Call center experience strongly preferred
4. Understands productivity and quality objectives
